Bernadette Thornlund (Bagan) was born February 15, 1934 in Everett WA and passed away peacefully with her family at her side on January 7, 2018
Bernadette was preceded in death by her loving husband of 51 years Frank Thornlund. She leaves behind her four children Carrie (Rich), David (Barb), Philip (Diane), Melissa (Dan) and grandchildren Nicole, Chris, Joe, Sydney, Clayton, Laurel, Kaily, Clinton and Luke, She was also blessed with three great grandchildren. Waiting for her in heaven are her parents Peter and Mabel Bagan and several siblings of which she was the youngest. Her birth family is all together again.
Bernadette will always be remembered by her quick wit and sense of humor, friends and neighbors still today remember what a great cook she was. She always prepared enough for anyone who came through the door. She loved her family passionately and will always remain in our hearts.
In the last few years while her health declined she still had family and the Staff at Cascade Valley Senior living laughing and smiling.
We would like to extend a special thanks to the staff at Cascade Valley Senior living for their kindness and support; to Hospice for helping the family in her final days and also to Fr. Peter Mactutis for his blessing.
Funeral Services will be held January 17, 2018, at St. Mary's Catholic Church at 10:30 am with burial at Marysville Cemetery and a reception to follow. Donations can be made to Hospice or the charity of your choice.

God's Promise
God gives grace for each trial
And courage for each sorrow.
And faith to face confidence
A blessed bright tomorrow
